Soccer Broadcasting
Note: Here is a June 2014 Saint Louis University feature about being honored as a Billiken Legend and a June 2010 announcement about my record as the longest running U.S. soccer broadcaster.
After playing soccer at Saint Louis University from 1967 to 1970, Bill McDermott began a soccer announcing career in 1972 and along with his graphic design business, is still active today providing Play by Play and Color Commentary for soccer games on Television and Radio. Here's a yearly synopsis:
